Discreet Delivery

What you buy is nobody’s business. That’s why we ship your order in plain packaging — with no logo or indication of the contents. Neither the delivery person nor your neighbors will be able to tell what you ordered.

Shipping Information

Within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders totaling 39 euros or more. We do not have a minimum order amount.

We currently ship within Germany, as well as to Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. More countries will follow.

Shipping Costs

In addition to the listed product prices, shipping charges apply.

• Within Germany: €3.90
• To other countries: depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method

The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Deliveries to Switzerland are made on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Value-added tax and any applicable customs duties are already included in the shipping costs. You will not incur any additional costs upon delivery.

Shipping Providers & Delivery Times

We ship via DHL or DPD. As soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times:

• Germany: 2–4 business days after receipt of payment
• Other countries: depends on the destination country and shipping provider

The estimated delivery time will be displayed during the ordering process.

Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the merchandise without giving a reason. You can find all the details in our cancellation policy.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been broken after delivery.

In the event of a cancellation, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.

Please return the merchandise with sufficient postage and clearly legible return address information. Please include your order number or a copy of the invoice with the return so that we can clearly identify it.

Complaint

If your merchandise is damaged or defective, your statutory warranty rights naturally apply. Please contact our customer service before returning the item. In justified cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a return label. Depending on the situation, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price. Please provide your order number and, if necessary, include photos for documentation.
